Community Practice this Sunday with Jane Rauenhorst: Exploring "Intention as Compassion and Kindness to Ourselves and Others"

Dear Community,

Sunday 10am Community Practice & Discussion

This Sunday Jane R. will facilitate our community practice. As we come to the end of 2023 and into a new year, the pull to reflect on our past and to consider our future is strong.  Phillip Moffitt offers some helpful guidance in this, by reminding us to attend to the difference between goal setting and living with intention.  He says, “Goals help you make your place in the world…. But being grounded in intention is what provides integrity and unity in your life.  Goals never fulfill you in an ongoing way.   They provide excitement – the ups and downs of life – but intention is what provides you with self-respect and peace of mind.”

Phillip’s teachings on intention, as well the understanding that the practice of intention is a way that we offer ourselves and others compassion and kindness can be greatly encouraging and supportive.  I look forward to practicing together and exploring the experience of intention in each of our lives.

Please join us for this exploration! Registration and Zoom information available here.
