In-Person Gathering this Sunday, July 20th, with Alex Haley

Dear Community,

This Sunday, July 20th, will be our special in-person gathering for our Weekly Community Meditation and Discussion—our first in-person session in years!

Alex Haley, the founding teacher of Minneapolis Insight, will be leading the session. The event is open to all!

We will meet in the "Living Room" at the Danish American Center in Minneapolis. The address is: 3030 W River Pkwy, Minneapolis, MN 55406.

The main session will run from 10 am - 11 am, and then everyone is invited to stay afterwards to connect.

Please register if you plan to attend in-person, as there is limited capacity. Registration available here.

We're excited to gather in person and would love to see you there! For those who can't make it in person, we'll also have a Zoom option available for the guided meditation and talk. You can register for the online option here.
